I recently purchased the core rulebook, and I'm really itching to run some stories of my own, but I'd love to join either an ongoing game, or a new game as a player to get a good feel for the system. I'm very passionate about Trek, but new to both the system and the site, though I've been on RPGx and Mythweavers for a long time. Kind of fizzled out there a while back with my regular crews on both started being alot less active. But I'm an avid roleplayer, and totally down to be flexible for the GM's needs. Which series or novels interest you the most? (I'm a fan of the Original Series Movie Era and the so-called Lost Years, myself.)

With the exception of Enterprise, I love all of it. And I don't exactly hate Enterprise, either, I'm just sort of indifferent. I grew up on Voyager and DS9, and TNG probably ended up being my favorite. But TOS is amazing. I adore the "edge of the frontier" vibe it has. It's badass where the others are uplifting. You couldn't do "Darmok" in TOS, but Picard sure as hell wasn't going to fistfight a Gorn, either.
