Digimon: An Experimental City
The F.I.L.E (Fully Integrated Island Environment project or T.E.C.H. The Experimental City Habitat project undecided on which name) concept was originally envisioned by Odin Woods, the founder and CEO of The World Tree Corp.
20 years ago the project was realized with funding and investments from all over the world.
The project, using the latest technology, was built in the center of the Pacific Ocean. The city, rising out of the ocean, served as a beacon of science and culture for the world and people from all over came to inhabit the city. For 15 years the city saw a golden age.
5 years ago TWT released the 9th Generation of wireless technology, a technology that surrounded the artificial island in data and WIFI, a technology monitored by the A.I. known as Yggdrasil. Shortly after the release rumors began to spread of individuals hallucinating strange monsters and disappearances. Odin Woods was one of these individuals.
The city's golden age is now dulled with the grime and fog of crime and the corruption while the TWT and the island's law enforcement agency, Heimdall struggle to keep these problems under control and hidden from the public at large.

A mysterious woman approached you and after she delivered a cryptic message you discovered an app on you Digi-vice that you never installed. This app was called the 'Tamer' app. Initially you may have tried to delete this app only to find it back the next day. You may have even wiped your Digi-vice in frustration only to find the app back. Eventually you opened the app and your life changed.
