Murderhobos & Mayhem: A D&D 5e experiment

Murderhobos are the result of corrupted dragon eggs. They hatch from these eggs, fully formed adults with character classes and a bare hint of a background (false, obviously) in memory. Their first instinct, upon hatching, is to grab some equipment from the dragon's hoard -- or just a handful of gold to buy some elsewhere -- then head for the nearest settlement, gather in a tavern, and eagerly leap on the first thing that sounds like an adventure.

These hatchlings have all the personality traits of dragons -- extreme narcissism, incurable greed, and a total disdain for any other living beings. They wander around the countryside, stealing anything that isn't nailed down, murdering anyone who hinders them, and generally causing mayhem and chaos.

Eventually, they will have accumulated massive quantities of magic items, coin, and other valuables. At this point, they feel instinctively drawn to take on an elder dragon, and follow local folk tales to the most dangerous dragon lair they can find. This happens to be the lair of the dragon that spawned them in the first place.

Within that lair, they fall to the dragon, who adds their accumulated treasure to its hoard. It then starts the process of corrupting a new clutch of eggs, and the process stars anew.

Now bear in mind the murderhobos still have free will, and only remember their false backgrounds so please no metagaming this into play. Paladins, clerics and warlocks will be allowed, but the magic they weild comes from the dragon... some how.

BUT feel free to pick a god that's not really listening to the filthy thing, but mechanically speaking its a "normal" character.

Credit to LonePaladin for providing the research.

We will be running multiple groups so don't let the mass amount of murderhobos frighten you from submitting an RTJ :). WE NEED MORE MARTIAL CLASSES!

Alright at this time we will not be accepting any more rtj's, but don't worry, we'll open back up once we get a couple more dm's in here :)
