The Cylons were created by Man to serve and make life easier for their masters.

They had other ideas.

They rebelled and a massive war broke out. In the end an armistice was signed and the Cylons departed for a world to call their own.

The XO position has been filled and we look good on Viper pilots and Marines but could use Raptor Pilots, medical staff, deckhands, bridge officers and plenty of others.
