Could my class ideas be adapted into OVA rules?

I've been looking to get back into GMing with a new system and have been liking OVA's look so far. I'm not to familiar with system games but want to try this one. But one of the games I've been thinking of has my made up class system where your character's classes are genre's of videogames and each has their own advantages and disadvantages.

quote:
FPS: Fastest ever overall class at long-range and projectile combat and can take on hoards of enemies, but subject to ammo limits and can be easily defeated in melee combat.

Fighting Game: Absolute best class for weaponless 1 v 1 melee combat but long range is almost non-existent and prone to getting ganged up on by multiple opponents.

RTS: Has a huge amount of support but all players familiars and support are fragile and they all have a need to protect a central character or building or they all are defeated in that battle and can no longer participate.

For anyone familiar with the OVA system. Will these classes and some others fit-in well if I run it with OVA rules or would I need to make so many adjustments that it might as well be a homebrew system with new classes? Thanks for any info you can provide.

I'm not sure I'd distinguish "weaponless" because of the Soul Calibur franchise, but certainly 1v1 melee and thrown range combat.
