I'm Kai Wesser, the human witch hunter.
Kai is non-magical, so much so it's hard for enemies and allies to use magic on him, due to Improved Arcane Resistance, as well as the Cursed hindrance.

Gruff and intimidating, he will be able to handle himself in a fight, but also doing tests in combat. He also knows his way around a lock, as sometimes you have to pick them to find the necromancer hiding in their dungeon.

I'm happy to tweak things to work with the group, and share non-secret things about him.

I's S'Sikaar, or just Kaar to his friends. However, he has few friends due to his bestial nature. Kaar was raised by the church of Solara, and will end up serving as a holy warrior for Justice in the long run.

He's a sword and shield warrior, but has a way to go before he gets his true "Paladin-esque" abilities (somewhere in seasoned rank. :) ) but he'll fight for what's right as often as needed.

Welcome players. I'll have more rules coming out soon for general things like where to place your default stats/character sheet(unlocking) and your contact person.

At the start of this story ya'll will be split into completely different posts until(if) you come together.

It should be noted that I am not going to force story down players throats. This world will be as much of mine as yours and I will likely continue to recruit players since after the start I feel like at least 2/3 people will normally drop out within a few months time due to issues.

It should be noted for those who post on a regular schedule, you will be rewarded for your time. Experience will not come from story progress but time in game and active posting. So the more active you are the faster you will advance to next levels. This will reward those who stay with rewards rather than waiting until the end of story arches.

It should be noted that new skills, spells(?), and edges may require downtime before you can take them. Sometimes short downtime will be all that will be required depending on the edge/skill/spell.

*NOTE* I screwed up on the money situation and didn't mention that the cash would be 300gp from the fantasy book so people were spending 500gp. Rather than make players go back and rework their gear it's probably easier to say that bank makes error in your favor.

All gets 500gp to start. Novice to start also encase I did not mention that.
