If we look at the main map, there are a few to choose from, the distance between two opposing sides of a hex is 10 miles. So the straight line distance is about 40 miles. And you would have to cross a river to get there. Depending on how fast you are, how much you carry, how far you want to walk in a day, and how well you can swim across a river with all of your stuff, you could walk that distance in 2-5 days. And if you carry very little and are into endurance hiking, you could do it in 1. I doubt anyone would try to run a double marathon if they had to carry their own supplies.
And if you ride or take a boat, it will be even faster.
