Is there a way to restore a game accidentally deleted from the ones I participate in, or will it automatically pop back in if anyone posts?

Under User Preferences, go into the Manage the games you monitor link on the right hand side, and then the Are you missing any games? link at the bottom of the form and you should be able to locate the game in question.

Otherwise, yes, if there's a post in a group that your character belongs to, or a PM to you, it'll appear back on your list of games.

Fun fact: I actually delete "Games I Play In" that are really inactive. Clears up the clutter until they say something useful again (such as a low activity "discussion" game).
